Southwark Council wants to spotlight ethnically diverse Peckham businesses.

Southwark Council’s EMpower Network, the staff network for ethnically diverse colleagues and allies, is planning a Heritage Month Marketplace for 2026. They want to showcase products from small businesses owned by people from ethnically diverse backgrounds, from right across the borough, to council staff during heritage months.

If you run a business on Rye Lane and think this could be a good fit, it’s worth putting your name forward. It’s a chance to reach a new audience and get visibility across the council.
