Founded by retail and hospitality expert Sophie, it was born out of a simple idea: running a business shouldn’t feel like a never-ending uphill battle. Sophie brings over 20 years of experience working with start-ups, independents and global brands like Westfield and TfL – and now supports small business owners through 1:1 coaching, strategy sessions, workshops, and community events.

Market & Me is here to offer the kind of support most business owners wish they’d had earlier. It’s grounded, collaborative, and rooted in real-world experience.
